Zena

Meet Zena, your accessibility partner

Zenyth Audit is Zenyth's accessibility management platform, and Zena is the intelligence that runs it. From the first audit through ongoing monitoring, Zena does the accessibility work at machine speed. It is grounded in a decade of real Zenyth audits and remediation. AI enhanced, human verified.

Built on Zenyth's real work

Zena is Zenyth's own accessibility intelligence, built on the firm's work rather than a general model. Every answer and every fix comes from a human-curated rule base, drawn from Zenyth's own audits and remediation. That rule base holds 406 rules across 87 success criteria, measured against the issues that actually block people. What Zena produces rests on Zenyth's audit record.

  • Zena runs on a decade of Zenyth's own audit findings and fixes, not a general model.

  • Every answer traces back to Zenyth's curated rule base, so it can be checked.

  • When Zena suggests code, it uses the accessible patterns Zenyth has refined and tested over years.

  • When a question falls outside what Zenyth has verified, Zena says so and hands it to a person.

THE HUMAN COVENANT

The human can never be decoupled from the accessibility equation.

Every other vendor is trying to solve accessibility by subtracting the human to cut costs, and that missing piece is why their work does not survive a challenge. At Zenyth the human is coupled to the code and to the legal record. Zena accelerates the audit, a qualified expert makes it defensible, and together they deliver accessibility that holds up under scrutiny.

Where issues actually live

Each square is a share of the 34,733 issues we documented across 6,111 pages of human audits, grouped by defect family. The bigger families are easy to catch. It is the many small, scattered ones that automated-only checks miss.

From auditing to monitoring

Zena covers the accessibility work that used to take a team and a stack of tools. What it produces draws on Zenyth's expert knowledge, a decade-long track record, and the defect library and pattern database behind every audit.

Audit

Zena runs a full accessibility audit against WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), then writes a findings report that names the defect, the fix, and who it affects. Its deep scan works each page the way a person does, well past what a standard scanner reaches. Zenyth's experts test by hand on top of it, including with assistive technology, to catch what a scan alone would miss.

Remediate

Zena fixes defects directly in the site's own code, using the patterns Zenyth has refined over a decade, never an overlay. Inside a development pipeline it drafts the fixes and stages the changes. Zena prepares the work. People review it, approve it, and make it live.

Rebuild assistant

When a site needs more than fixes, Zena helps rebuild it accessibly in any CMS or codebase, with deeper support for Shopify and Webflow. The result is an accessible foundation from the ground up, not a patched version of an inaccessible one.

Monitor

Accessibility drifts as a site changes, so Zena runs Zenyth's compliance monitoring program. It audits and fixes pages on an ongoing cadence, with a renewable conformance report. Automated checks run often, expert audits run deeper, and the record stays current.

Zena on Zenyth Audit

After sign-in, Zena guides the whole project, one task at a time. A client starts a task and Zena walks it through step by step, from setting up the project to logging and fixing defects. Every page, defect, and status lives in Zenyth Audit, so everyone works from one record.

  • Work from the dashboard
The project's conformance status, open versus fixed defects, and what is ready to retest, with quick questions answered on the spot.

  • Scan at the right depth
Add pages and run a scan, from a standard pass to a deep AI review, so each page gets the scrutiny it needs.

  • Log a defect in plain language
Describe the issue and Zena drafts the whole defect from Zenyth's 406-rule library. It fills in the criterion, the recommendation, the user impact, and the severity, ready to review.

  • Fix, retest, and ask
Choose where to start, by severity, page, or Zenyth pattern, then work each defect and retest the fixes. Get help sits on every defect. The full 406-defect library is there to look up, each with its recommendation and user impact.

Try Zena

Start with a free deep scan

The easiest way to try Zena is a free deep scan on a page. A standard tool reads a page once, as it loads. Zena's deep scan operates the page the way a person does. It opens the components, checks the mobile layout on its own, and moves through the page by keyboard. Every check runs against Zenyth's own patterns. It stays automated and covers one page, so it flags where manual testing is needed. A full Zenyth audit takes it site-wide from there.

Yes, Zena is one assistant in two places. On the Zenyth website it answers questions and runs a free scan, with no sign-in. Once signed in to Zenyth Audit, it works a full project, logging, fixing, and retesting defects. Both draw on the same Zenyth rule base, and both keep a human in the loop.

No, the free scan is a deep scan of a single page, not a full site audit. It is a deep scan, so it operates the page the way a person does. It opens the components and checks the page by keyboard. That is a far higher bar than a load-time scanner. It flags where the page needs manual testing, and it is never a pass-or-fail verdict. A full Zenyth audit covers the whole site and adds expert manual testing, including with assistive technology, for a complete and defensible record.

No, Zena on the website needs no sign-in, and anyone can ask it a question or start a free scan there. Zenyth Audit is the part that needs an account, because that is where a specific project lives.

No, Zena accelerates the work and a qualified expert validates it. The promise is AI enhanced, human verified. Automated tools catch only about a third of accessibility barriers, and the manual expertise on top is what makes the work defensible. The human is never removed from the result.

Yes, Zena drafts fixes directly in the site's own code, using the patterns Zenyth has refined over a decade. It never uses an overlay. Inside a development pipeline it stages the changes, and a person reviews and ships them. A human always decides what goes live.

The free plan opens a real Zenyth Audit project to work in, so a team can try Zena before committing. Paid plans add more sites, more users, and the full program.
